These Indian Dry Fly Necks come from a physically small bird. Although the feathers are not long, they are naturally dry with very stiff barbs. Can be used for general dry fly tying but not many small feathers.
Actually these Indian Dry Fly Necks are a decent, inexpensive way to get medium to large sized hackles on things like ants and the like. Good for beards, throats and even collars on wets too.
