Aero Redlegs

The Aero Redlegs is quickly becoming one of our favorite dry fly/terrestrial patterns of all-time. Our own Brian Flechsig states that this is his new favorite dry fly. He's been struggling for years to come up with a perfect "True Fly" pattern and now.....the struggle is over!

This fly is an amazing imitation of the Deer Flies, or True Flies that are so prevalent around here in the Summer months. They will literally pile up so thick under bridges and on tress that it looks like a beehive. Truly one of the most overlooked dry flies of all-time. Also makes for a great, general terrestrial pattern as well.

Black ribbed foam body, hackle legs and red accent on the thorax and white poly wings laid out to the size. It's the thin, knotted feather legs that make the fly though. This is one buggy pattern and belongs in every trout or even bluegill angler's box!
