Clouser Minnow

The Clouser Minnow is one of the most effective flies ever made. We sell it here in the Olive and White coloration which makes for a great baby bass pattern. Our 2nd best selling color behind the Chartreuse. When Bob Clouser developed this fly, we wonder if he had any idea the impact that it would have on the fly fishing world. Lefty Kreh once said that the Clouser is the best underwater fly ever developed.

Not enough can be said about this fly. For many anlgers, if they had to fish one pattern this would be it. Saltwater, freshwater, rivers, lakes, trout, bonefish, bass, jacks and crappies, the list of where and for what goes on. The Clouser Minnow in Olive/White is one of our top producing smallmouth but of course catches just about anything that swims.

We carry the Clouser Minnow here in Olive/White Sizes #2 and #6. These are tied on heavy duty stainless hooks so equally at home in fresh or salt water. The size 2 generally measure just shy of 4" long and the size 6 come in at about 2 3/4".
