Short & fine deer body hair, much shorter and finer than the standard body hair. Some folks also refer to this as Florida Whitetail or maybe Coastal Deer Hair.
We use this stuff alot on smaller flies and dry flies. Makes for great smaller wings. We actually prefer short-and-fine to Elk Hair on the famous Elk Hair or Elkwing Caddis. Try it, we think you'll agree.
