Kelly Galloup designed the Cortland Kelly Galloup Rock Bottom Fly Line to excel in medium to large rivers where you need to cover distance and depth. Featuring an extended 40 ft Type 6 (6–7.5 inches per second) sinking head with an intermediate running line, this line is meant to keep your fly down in the zone for the entire retrieve.
The overweighted head loads modern fast-action rods quickly and shoots large flies with minimal back casts. An oversized running line improves handling and extra grip for driving home strip sets. Featuring Cortland's new Reinforced Tungsten Technology, made from the highest-grade tungsten materials available, this is the most durable sinking line ever created. Line ID is printed on the running line for convenient reference.

The new Cortland Kelly Galloup Rock Bottom Fly Line is available in 200 grain- 5/6 wt (electric yellow running line), 250 grain- 6/7 wt (sky blue running line) and 300 grain- 7/8 wt (fire orange running line).
For those familiar with Kelly's previous lines, this is the same "taper" as the Airflo Streamer Max Long.
