Ann R. Miller, an aquatic biologist and writer, has a passion for fly fishing and figuring out what trout eat. Besides fly fishing, she enjoys outdoor photography, birdwatching, hiking and fly tying. Her home waters include small streams in southwest and northern Michigan. She and her husband Ken have three grown daughters and five grandchildren. She lives in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
