Flash Dance

The Flash Dance is a pretty simple baitfish fly that is pretty easy to cast, features a ton of movement and flash and works on a variety of different species. This has been a great producing and selling fly for us around here and we are thrilled to now have it in the line-up here in the shop.

Tied on a very stout, 2/0 hook and featuring a synthetic, fish-hair type material for the body, with plenty of flash extending past the main body. This really does create a "flash dance" effect. The eyes are epoxied in at the head which of course prevents them from getting ripped off but also provides just enough weight that these can easily be fished on a floating line if you need. Also a small cone behind the head which is buried under materials but provides just the right amount of weight and provides for a bit of jigging action. ****Please note that in order to get the small cone over the hook, the barb on this fly has been pinched down. 

This is a top producing bass fly, striper fly, smallmouth fly as well as a great saltwater pattern. Has quickly become a top pick for redfish. We have even used them on pike in clear water when they are looking for something smaller. 

Flash Dance fly available here on a 2/0 stainless hook and the color is Shad. This fly measures in at approximately 4 3/4" long.
