The El Chupacabra is a pretty well known and highly productive musky and pike fly. It has been in the rotation around here for many years now, and when we can get it, sells well.
Just about every fly tying material known to man featured in this one. Synthetic head with plastic eyes. Soft hackle collor to imitate gills. Bucktail, synthetic, marabou, grizzly hackle feather, peacock herl, lateral scale, flashabou....whew. All make for a great profile and action in the water that sheds well and is pretty easy to cast for it's size.
