Crochet type hook designed for tying those frustrating hopper legs out of pheasant tail. If you have ever tried to knot up some legs, you will truly appreciate this tool. Also makes a great tool for threading legs into poppers or other foam flies. For adding legs to flies it is best to pre-melt a hole with a bodkin, then insert the leg tool, grab the legs on the hook and pull them through.
