The GRANDE reel is a fully anodized, machined aluminum reel that features our new sealed SUPER-TORQUE carbon drag system that will KO any fish you hook. After years of field testing, Redington bulked up the GRANDE with an oversized palming rim, increased backing capacity, and designed an easy to locate handle and drag knob so you can make quick adjustments in the heat of the battle. Never stand down from a fight, regardless of the opponent.

Redington Grande Models-

5/6/7 - The GRANDE 5/6/7 is up for the fight, whether you are stripping meat for the largest of browns or targeting tailers out of a kayak. It is 3.7" in diameter and weighs 6.7 ounces. It will hold 200 yards of 20lb backing

7/8/9 - The GRANDE 7/8/9 will stop any bone on any flat, and then some. It is 4.1" in diameter and weighs 7.9 ounces. It will hold 200 yards of 30lb backing.

9/10/11 - The GRANDE 9/10/11 will forcefully take the crown from any king salmon or silver king. It is 4.5" in diameter and weighs 11 ounces. It will hold 275 yards of 30lb backing.
