This unique design, using foam behind the head as gills, moves alot of water and provides this fly with some killer action. The back "wing" is tied with a very wide strip of craft fur making for a very large and wide profile in the water.
This fly was designed for musky and pike but it has become a staple Peacock Bass fly for many as well. We are also using it on smallmouth and largemouth as well. Especially deadly when fished on a sink tip fly line.
