ALASKA FIT coats and jackets are generously sized. Cut to provide mobility, with room for a vest and liner. Your suit size would normally be the correct size. If you intend to layer heavily underneath your Filson coat, we recommend that you order one size larger than your suit size.
SEATTLE FIT coats and jackets are a more tailored fit. The streamlined design maintains mobility through the shoulders while sitting comfortably closer to the body. If you have been comfortable with the original ALASKA FIT and want to try our new SEATTLE FIT, we recommend you order one size larger.
LONG Coats and Jackets have 1-1/2" longer sleeves and 1-1/2" longer body length.
