A quality bobbin from the folks at Dr. Slick. This is the shorter, 3.5" version that allows great control and fits nicely in the hand.

 

The titanium oxide is a much newer generation of material that is more lubricious than ceramic. Has a raised micro pebbled or egg carton pattern on the insert that cuts down on surface tension. Ridiculously slick!

 

 

 

The original, thin handle rotary hackle plier design by Griffin. Great tool gives good grip and good control of the feather as it is wound. Highly recommended......these things are great!

 

These are the short and stubby 2" rotary hackle pliers from Dr. Slick. We love the rotary and some folks really like the control that this shorter version gives them.

 

Satin finish on these is nice too and not as slippery as the brass.
