Shrimp Tease

The Shrimp Tease fly has become a staple for us on our bonefish and redfish trips. It is a large, weighted "shrimp" type pattern that catches bonefish, redfish, snook, permit and more. Certainly one of our top selling multi-use flats flies.

It features a barred craft fur tail with some crab/shrimp eyes and just the right amount of micro and fine barred sili legs....really makes it look sexy and buggy. The body is a mix of fur and sparkle dubbing and the head featues a lead eye and a single weed guard. Truly a versatile fly that you should have in your box if you are fishing the flats....anywhere.

The Shrimp Tease fly is tied on a size 2, saltwater capable hook and is sold here in the cream color. The cream color is best for sandy, light colored flats. Also available in Olive and Rust. This fly measures just over 3 1/2" long.
