I recently purchased this jacket ahead of a fishing trip to the Wisconsin Driftless area, and I’m very impressed with its quality and numerous features. The hood provides exceptional coverage and folds down under the collar, so it stays out of the way and is essentially invisible. The neoprene cuffs with Velcro offer great protection at the sleeves. The zipper is substantial and is well attached to the jacket. And this jacket has ample pockets—something I always appreciate. They’re large enough for fly boxes and close securely. Overall, I recommend this jacket because it delivers excellent value. Note: size up one size for layering. I ordered an XL even though I typically wear a large so I could layer a heavy sweater underneath.
