Yes, that's right....an Orivs rod that will certainly land steelhead....for $98.00. In Orvis' Streamline series, this 10' 7wt 4pc rod has a full wells grip and the fighting butt....and has the action we are looking for. The catalog says that it is a tip flex.....maybe it is on some machine...but trust us...it has the action we need for the Great Lakes steelhead fishery. Comes in a plastic "carrying case" (not really a tube) and does not carry the Orvis unconditional guarantee but if you slam it in a car door, they will repair it pretty cheaply....maybe $50-60. No way around it....this is the best quality rod in this price range that there is.....period.
