Tie in a section on th etop and bottom of the hook, comb out and you are done!
Applied using a dubbing loop will give you beautiful hackle imitating effects. It is a multistrand flash material that will flow and taper nicely on any intruder or wet style fly. We have been using this stuff on streamers for both fresh and saltwater and just adds a really cool effect.
