"Evening Hatch"- a handcast bronze sculpture from the folks at Big Sky Carvers and part of the Marc Pierce Signature Collection.
Each original sculpture is composed using their proprietary process "Montana Bronze" using blends of fine resins with the addition of pure pewter and bronze. The beautiful finish is the result of hand-applied patinas and metallic paint, carefully matched to accent all of the subtle details of the artwork.
Marc Pierce reflects on his "Evening Hatch" fly fishing sculpture:
"I moved to Montana from the Midwest where I grew up fishing for warm-water fish- mostly bass, bluegill and catfish. Watching fly fishermen in Montana made me chuckle at first....."
