Designed specifically for extreme wet weather, Filson cover cloth is impregnated with a paraffin-based Oil Finish, making the fabric virtually impervious to wet. Brass zippers resist rust and corrosion. Storm flap on the rear rucksack keeps your gear completely dry. This is one of our favorite products and we sell the heck out of them. The "backpack" on the back is big enough for lunch, extra raingear and plenty of extra spools.
