Kelly's version of Joe Brook's famous Blonde series. This one was given new life in Kelly's book "Modern Streamers for Trophy Trout". It works on big trout using the techniques described in the book, but also works well in salt, for bass, for pike... Tied on a stainless #4 hook, in yellow and white.
