A fantastic midge imitation. A simple thread body, Z-lon wing and a few turns of grizzly hackle. This fly is so simple that we can't take credit but Tom Ryan and Brian Flechsig tied this fly up in the early nineties and popularized it on the Mad. It has been fished successfully around the globe since! It is really one of the only midge imitations that you need.
