Women's Body Measurement Methods
- Sleeve Length
- Bend your elbow 90° and measure from your center back neck, over the shoulder point to the elbow and down to the wrist.
- Waist
- Measure around your natural waistline [smallest part], allowing the tape to sit comfortably.
- Bust
- Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest/bust, keeping the tape straight across your back.
- Hip
- Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Inseam
- Measure from your interior leg seam [crotch] to the bottom of your ankle bone.
