Rio Toothy Critter Leaders are great for pike, muskie, barracuda and other toothy fish.
7.5 ft (2.3 m), .027 inches (0.737 mm) butts with an ultra stiff 15 lb tippet for casting big flies. For pike, bluefish, barracuda and similar species. Each tapered leader has a shock tippet of nylon-coated stainless steel wire with a small stainless steel snap to change flies easily, or thin bronze/brown Vectran® wire you can tie a knot in. We stock them in the 20lb and 30lb versions. Typically the stainless is used in salt and the Vectran in fresh/dirty water.
