A few years back we started stocking a fly for peacock bass called the Peacock Reducer. It was tied in a very unique way that really gives it a 3-D look and the response for tyers and anglers was overwhelming.
We sold tons of them and to folks using them on many other fish other than peacocks. Tons of folks were using them for bass, stripers, pike and muskie and more.
We now have a "freshwater" version in the shad. Likely that this one will be even more popular. This pattern is a bit smaller making it perfect for bass, striper, and many species in saltwater. We have also caught some big tailwater trout on these!
